Sales and Shipping

Please read the sales and shipping requirements carefully.  We accept credit card payments, Paypal, C.O.D., and money orders or cashiers checks.  See section below on ordering and payments for placing an order paying with money order or cashiers check or C.O.D.  Use the appropriate shipping method for the country that you are having your package shipped to.  For example, if you are ordering from Europe, do not choose a domestic shipping method!!!  There are three shipping zones:

Ordering and Payments

We accept most major credit cards and Paypal. We also accept money orders and cashiers checks and they must be in U.S. dollars. To place an order using a money order or cashiers check, send payment to:

If you are paying with a money order or cashiers check, please email us with your request. Make sure to email us with your correct shipping address, and your desired method of shipping. Shipping charges are indicated by the shipping tables below. You may provide us with your order and shipping information through email at sales@kratomcats.net. If you are not sure about the shipping charges or would like to request special shipping instructions then please email us with your inquiry.

For C.O.D. orders, please email us to process the order. Simply send us an email to sales@kratomcats.net telling us what you would like to order, and what shipping method you prefer. We only use U.S. Postal Service for C.O.D. orders and all C.O.D. orders must be paid in cash. We will respond back to you with a total for your order and details on C.O.D. delivery and charges.

Shipping

We ship every day Monday through Friday before 4:00pm, and Saturday before 11:00am. These are the closing times for the post office here.

Please note that Kratomcats cannot be held responsible for any shipments delayed or confiscated through customs, state, or local authorities. We are not responsible for any fees or delays that may be incurred by customs. Please see our policy below on lost shipments. Kratom is legal in every country we sell to. We will always ship your order in discreet packaging and disclose your package on the packing label as incense samples. Inside your package will be a packing slip with the scientific name of the product. If you would like special packaging instructions, such as shipping your order as multiple smaller packages, then email us at sales@kratomcats.net to set up special delivery instructions and costs. We will not falsely label anything so please do not ask.
 

 Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer Priority Mail with delivery confirmation as well as Express Mail. Delivery time is 2-3 days for Priority and 1-2 days for Express. We also offer free First Class Mail with delivery confirmation for smaller orders. In addition, Priority Mail service is free for larger orders. Please read the domestic shipping table below for a complete list of services and costs. All domestic packages are insured against loss. See Lost Shipments section below for information on lost shipments. Below is a table illustrating shipping and insurance costs for orders placed within the United States. Shipping is determined by the dollar value of the order.

International Shipping

For orders outside of the United States we offer First Class Airmail, Global Priority, and Global Express Mail through the U.S. postal service. Note that only Global Express Mail is insured, as it is the only form of International delivery that uses tracking. Therefore, we will fully replace a lost international order if you use Global Express Mail. See the tables below for rates and estimated delivery times.

NOTE: Kratomcats is not responsible for any delays or fees incurred by foreign customs. We do our best to insure discreet packaging, however, if the customs department of your country decides to inspect the package, this is out of our hands. There is much less chance of smaller package being targeted for inspection, and hence delayed.

Lost Shipments

If for some reason your package is lost in the mail, Kratomcats will immediately replace your lost order, and we will deal with the insurance claim through the post office. Hassle free for you, the customer. International orders using First Class or Priority Mail do not apply. Foreign customs delays and seizures do not apply. We are also not responsible if you provide us with incorrect shipping information. Please make sure you carefully provide your correct shipping information to us!
