Sales and Shipping
Please read the sales and shipping requirements carefully. We currently only ship to Domestic U.S. addresses.  We accept COD payments, Money orders, or Wire Transfer Payments.     Please contact us at sales@kratomcats.net if you'd like to set up wire transfer payments.  We can no longer ship Mitragyna Speciosa to the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Vermont, or Wisconsin. As has become somewhat common these days, Mitragyna Speciosa is getting swept along in the tide of panic driven by synthetics known as "Bath-salts". Even though Mitragyna Speciosa and its alkaloids bear no relation whatsoever to these synthetics, people have continued to erroneously lump them together.

Ordering and Payments
For UPS COD (collect on delivery), there is a $50 order minimum and payment is made to the UPS delivery person with a money order or cashiers check.  Personal checks are NOT accepted.  There is no additional fee for using COD.  You could also mail your payment to us, however the order won't ship until payment is received by us.  Please make all COD and mail-in payments out to Kcats LLC. Receiving package and making COD payment is the responsibility of the customer.  UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the package.  If a package is returned to use, unpaid, we end up absorbing all of the shipping and COD fees.  Because of this, we will no longer ship COD orders to customers who renege on COD shipments.  If the customer wishes to order again, we will accept money order payments through the mail.  If you are mailing your payment to us, please email us with your request. Mail-in-payments will ship when payment arrives. Make sure to email us with your correct shipping address, and your desired method of shipping. Shipping charges are indicated by the shipping tables below. You may provide us with your order and shipping information through email at sales@kratomcats.net.

We ship every day Monday through Friday. Cut-off time is 3:00pm CST Monday thru Friday.   If you would like to ship to a UPS location for pickup, please make sure they accept COD shipments and please use the UPS location as your shipping address.  Most UPS stores will not accept COD packages, you have to use a UPS Customer Center or Shipping Center.

We ship all packages same day if received before the cut-off time. All other packages are shipped the next available shipping day. Shipping confirmation emails, including tracking numbers, are emailed in the evening after all packages have been shipped.

Please note that Kcats cannot be held responsible for any shipments delayed or confiscated through customs, state, or local authorities, nor fees or delays that may be incurred as a result. Please see our policy below on lost shipments. Mitragyna Speciosa is legal in everywhere we sell and ship. We will always ship your order in discreet packaging. If you would like special packaging instructions, such as shipping your order as multiple smaller packages, then email us at sales@kratomcats.net to set up special delivery instructions and costs.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following UPS shipping services.  Shipping rates are as follows:  

UPS 3-Day Service is $10.  Free for orders over $150
UPS 2-Day Service is $13.  Free for orders over $180
UPS Next Day is $20.  Free for orders over $300
UPS Next Day AM is $22.  Free for orders over $350
UPS Next Day Saturday Delivery is $32.  Free for orders over $400
International Shipping

We currently do not offer International sales or shipping.


Lost Shipments
If for some reason your package is lost in the delivery process, Kcats will immediately replace your lost order, and we will deal with the insurance claim. Hassle free for you, the customer. Customs delays and seizures do not apply. We are also not responsible if you provide us with incorrect shipping information. Please make sure you carefully provide your correct shipping information to us! Please note that we are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. If you will not be home to receive the package, then please be sure the package can be left in a safe place or better yet, request signature confirmation for your package so that if you are not there, the postal service will hold your package at the post office for you until you retrieve it.
